Meadowside Children's Centre Meadowside Primary School
Burton Latimer is a thriving rural community which is famous, as the home of Weetabix. It has restaurants from all around the world, small specialist shops as well as two supermarkets. There is a library, bank and new medical centre together with many other facilities for both adults and children. In the town there are many pre-school facilities for younger children as well as a Community Centre surrounded by a large Recreation Ground.
Our school is situated on the west of the town and within walking distance of the centre. Here at Meadowside we are proud to have our own, newly opened, Children's Centre which provides facilites for adult learning, houses a Community Toy Library as well as a Breakfast Club, Holiday Club and Afterschool Club for children at Meadowside School.
