The website is changing! We have now amalgamated with our Junior school. Keep visiting for our updates.

In our school we have thirteen classes, 2 in the Foundation Stage, 4 in Key Stage One and 7 in Key Stage Two.

In the Foundation Stage we have a Reception Unit. It compprises of two class bases, Sunshine and Rainbow.   Each of the two class bases have their own outdoor play area which is planned to provide a continuous curriculum both indoors and outdoors. They are very fortunate to be able to provide a free flow system in which the children move between the two classes for set periods during the week, enabling them to play with all of the friends they have made during their pre-school experiences.

In Key Stage One we have 4 classes. Two classes with Year one children, Oak class and Chestnut Class and two classes with Year Two children, Ash Class and Elm Class. The Children in Key Stage One are lucky to have their own outdoor play area, which aids the very important transition from Foundation Stage to Key Stage One, this area has planned activities to encourage the children to continue their learning in a variety of styles. Outside each of the classrooms there is a bank of computers which the children can use during their choosing time as well as during lesson time, to help further develop their ICT skills as well as supporting their learning in other areas of the curriculum.

In Key Stage Two we have 7 classes. Three classes with children from Year Three and Year Four, two classes with children from Year Five and two classes with children from Year Six. The Key Stage Two building is split into two distinct areas with the upper school housed in one area and the lower school being housed in the other area.
